Twin Lab brand is among the best I have tried for L-Carnitine. It gives me more than a boost of energy, it seems to even suppress my appetite. Besides, it's extremely affordable and delivered right at your door. I give this product and subscription program from amazon a 5 star rating.

L-Carnitine it's a very good thing for those who want to get thin, but it doesn't do it for itself, it just help you on your way. So, don't forget to exercise a lot, and then you can trust on it to loose wheight. In this way, it really works.

Its not a magic pill but if your dieting properly and exercising this is a great supplement to assist in burning fat as energy. Its a non-stimulant so you wont feel any added energy from it but since your cells are water based fat cells can't travel into the cell to be burned for energy. L-Carnitine is water soluble so it attaches itself to a fat molecule and passes it through the cell wall which can then be used as fuel. Other than that the only muscle in the body that burns fat exclusively as a source of energy is the heart. Hence, target heart rate during cardio and thermogenic fat burners which speed up your heart rate.

I take 3 tablets a day and follow a strict exercise and diet program.

I recommend this product to anyone and everyone in the world. I gave this particular brand five stars because I've never been able to buy a 90-day supply for just 20 bucks!

I started taking this to see if it would help me lose weight and help with energy. I'm not real sure about the losing weight (that is always a combinationm of factors), but I do know that it helps with energy. When I ran out, within a couple of days I was very tired and couldn't figure out why. Then it hit me, I had been without my L-carnitine! So, I promptly reordered and have felt better since.

In my experience, this product works very well.

These are large pills, so keep that in mind if you have trouble taking large pills.

But what I really want to comment on is the price- these are expensive. It's not bad for a 90 count if you take one per day. But according to the label you need to take 4 a day "to achieve the clinically supported results of metabolizing fat into energy and supporting cardiovascular function". Taking that into account 90 tablets lasts 22.5 days. This is a less than 1 month supply.

This product really works and ships fast at a good price. L-Carnitine boosts cardiovascular health as well as weight loss. Great product.

Here is another one of those products that people highly recommend but I didn't see any results. I am not sure if it actually does anything. I am giving the second bottle a chance. Lets hope I actually notice some results.

I was ordered by my neurologist to take L-Carnitine for my muscular dystrophy/Autonomic disorder and this brand has considerably helped my energy levels. I strongly recommend it for people who like me,may suffer from a neuromuscular disorder. Please check with your Neurologist before taking any supplement. I decided to try this after seeing on a talk show - along with several other similar products - but I feel as though these pills are unproven to be effective, as most of them are, and actually made me feel more lethargic than prior to taking them, so I've stopped and plan to return the unused portion!
