I love taking these when I'm sick or stressed out. They really do boost the immune system and aid in muscle relaxation. I get over illnesses way faster and they help stop digestive discomfort that I typically experience when I'm stressed out. I prefer taking herbs over drugs and this one's high dose allows me to do so. At the start, I pop two pills and I'm usually feeling better in an hour, and then I'll take two more later in the day, after which I don't get sick or it's very mild compared to someone else with the same thing. Even though I don't take them with any over the counter meds, I haven't experienced any problems taking them on the same day. Unlike Echinacea, this won't mess with your internal temperature gauge.
