A year ago I decided to abruptly change my diet and caused a MAJOR problem with my intestinal system. I had never had stomach or intestinal issues and it got so bad I had to go see a specialist. They told me a human digestive system can not process an abrupt change from a unhealthy diet to an extremely healthy diet of vegetables like I did. I used to take PB-8 probiotics, but they did not help. I researched a lot and found this one does a better job surviving your stomach acids. I started to take this and within a week I was 80% better and within 2 or 3 weeks I was back to normal and was able to avoid the CT scan and the Scope of my intestinal system! To prove I don't work for TwinLab, Dr. Weil Daily Digestive Support is exactly the same probiotic and both of these are sold by Amazon at a fraction of the price of local retailers.
