I've been using this product for about 2 weeks now and I've lost about 7 pounds. I go to the gym almost every day and these capsules give me a good boost of energy and more stamina to complete my workouts. I never felt any jitters or anything so far, and on top of this, it even curbs my appetite!

The bottle says to take 4 capsules/day. The first day using this product I took 2 capsules in the morning before my workout. Went to the gym, did 3x the workout I usually do, came home, worked out at home and realized I hadnt eaten a thing, all the while my mind went a mile a minute. That night, couldnt sleep, ended up falling asleep around 4am. Even the next day I felt the effects of the caffeine. That was on 1/2 the reccommended dose. I dont drink coffee or caffinated drinks so maybe my tolerence is really low, but I did not enjoy that first day. I started taking just one a day, in the morning, and found that it does curb my appetite, and gives me an extra push during a workout, but notice that I get a swollen feeling in my throat during the end of the day. Since I havent changed anything in my diet & it only happens when I take the ripped fuel, I know thats the cause of it. I wouldnt recommend using this product unless you enjoy being adrenalized. And by the time you stop using it your appetite will come back with avengence. I guess I'm old fashion, if you want to loose weight and actually keep it off it takes hard work and caffein pills like this are a temporary solution.
