5.0 out of 5 stars Gives me an extra push in my workouts
I love this with out the ephedrine. This helps me with my worksouts without feeling like I had 6 cups of coffee. Gives me that extra push at the gym. If I don't work out a particular day, I don't take it. Thanks Kathy

1.0 out of 5 stars Waste of Time and Money
Face it, without the EPHEDRINE it's all a waste of time. I work out 4-6 days per week, eat 2200 cals on avg, I'm a male 6' at 220 and can't lose a pound on this stuff. In fact since the FDA banned harmless Ephedra products, I've gained 50 pounds back - some of it in muscle but mostly fat. I'm 44 now and need something to maintain my failing metabolism. The medical industry won't help, the government bans things they can't make money on while Asian and European countries live in health soley on the herbs we are denied. Am I a little frustrated? - well yes. And yes, Ephedrine is dangerous, but used properly, it's a fine supplement to losing weight. Don't be fooled by the stories of people having heart attacks after taking 6 pills in the morning, go jogging and then die. The directions clearly state to only take two. And don't be fooled by the orange peels in this product that help you lose weight - you won't.

1.0 out of 5 stars Waist of money., December 28, 2006
This review is from: Twinlab Ripped Fuel Extreme, 60 ct. (Health and Beauty)
I used this pill to supplement the beginning of my work out but really saw no better results than diet and exercise alone. I did experience a small caffine rush with the first few pills but after a week, that effect was gone.

1.0 out of 5 stars Ephedrine is available!, August 22, 2007
This review is from: Twinlab Ripped Fuel Extreme, 60 ct. (Health and Beauty)
Yes, ripped fuel sucks. You're better off drinking coffee. Although the government did ban ephedrine to be sold in the form of diet pills, it still can be bought on amazon or at your local pharmacy in the form of a product called Bronkaid, and also one that I'm not as familiar with that I believe is called Vasapro. There are some others as well that can be found online. So quit ya bitchin!

5.0 out of 5 stars Works for me, alright :), June 6, 2011
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
It works for me when I do something different with my body. For instance, the first day I took it, I lost 2 or 3 lbs in a day. I don't lose as much if I do the same things with my body as on that first day. I need to either eat or exercise differently. I was a little hesitant t give this all 5 stars, but it works just fine if you use it correctly.

4.0 out of 5 stars Great Pump, August 28, 2008
Okay, I'm probably the last guy you'll see who needs to take a fat burner. When people ask me what supplements I'm on and I say "ripped fuel" they snicker. I was taking naNO vapor, and i love it, a bit expensive, but i love the thermogenics, i'm hooked on them for my pre-workouts. So by taking ripped it is basically a termogen on steroids for me. Get a great sweat, and a great pump. If thats what you're looking for then this is for you. Some people might be looking for an appetite supressant.. No, it did not supress it, but you shouldn't work out hard then not eat, thats STUPID. But you will burn some major calories on this and not want to stop your workout because you get such a great pump. Great cheap thermogenic substitute to the more expensive pre-workout drinks.

1.0 out of 5 stars Not worth your money, October 28, 2007
This review is from: Twinlab Ripped Fuel Extreme, 60 ct. (Health and Beauty)
I have bought this product on two different occasions and while I did lose some weight (about 10 lbs the first time, 5 lbs the second time) it made me horribly sick both times. Constant bouts of nausea, vomiting and diarrhea.
