This product helps to bring peace to the environment in my mind. It helps me sleep much better, it helps me calm down at night and when I do take it during the day, it just takes the edge off. I suffer from a nasty case of social anxiety and I will take one capsule on an empty stomach or before a meal and it seems to help calm my nerves. I have been taking 5-htp and phenibut (5-HTP Powder 10 Grams + FREE Primaforce Phenibut Powder 100 Grams) with the B-Complex caps, and I feel like a huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders. I don't feel as anxious or panicky when I am in social situations anymore and I didn't have any bad side effects either. I would definitely recommend these products to anyone who has anxiety and can't afford pricey prescriptions or for someone who would just prefer something natural.

This product is really good. Def helps with stress it takes a while to work thought It started to really kick in after a month or so. Don't expect immediate results.

You will see a big difference in your nervous system. Helps with incontinence, sleep, and energy levels. Good for pets, too.

Natural high but when I stopped I felt very depressed.
These really do make you have a natural high but when i stop them I feel more depressed when I started. this happened a couple of times to me already.
