I began using this product earlier this year after enduring a ruptured appendix. I suffered several complications and as a result had to be put on super strong antibiotics that depleted all my B Vitamins and sent me into a quick but intense roller coaster ride of post-surgical depression.

I began taking this supplement and felt myself gaining a degree of normalcy again within just a few days. I also included 100 Grams Phenibut Bulk Powder which is a natural mood enhancer. Once I added phenibut, I felt immediate improvements in my mood an level of clarity. I've had increased energy (from the B-complex) and I've felt happier on an ongoing basis for longer than I can remember (thanks to the phenibut), all of this with absolutely no side effects.

These seem to work nicely at helping lower my stress level and calm me during the day. I don't seem to get so worked up and can shrug things off a bit.I would recommend this product if things are getting to be too much for you.

Simple. With only one caveat.

Can't go wrong here, the capsules are a powdered vitamin formulation that absorbs quickly, comes in a glass jar and you can smell that they are the right stuff when you open the bottle.

It's like the old fashioned vitamins where you KNOW later that you took a vitamin... no question about metabolizing it... just don't take one on an empty stomach.

A mega dose of vitamins on an empty stomach can be upsetting.

That's not TwinLab's fault, it's just the way it works if you want a super absorbable mega vitamin.

Recommended - and delivers the goods at a nice price!!!
