I chew these E's -- I could swallow them but I like the taste and the feel of these little perles rolling around in my mouth before and after I bite into them.
I've been a Twinlab Customer for over 20 years-- they are consistently good, and when I first started using their products, I was drawn to them because of their quality and reputation. These E's are NOT Dl-Alpha ("fake" Vitamin E) tocopherols -- they are the Real Thing, made with pure, quality-controlled products.

We use several of TwinLab's products. They are all packaged in glass! They are properly sealed and fresh. With the possible exception of the capsule material, the products are vegan safe. It is also becoming clear that most need vitamin E supplements. Several options are available, but this product is from mixed tocopherols - a must for the health-conscious consumer.
