I chew these E's -- I could swallow them but I like the taste and the feel of these little perles rolling around in my mouth before and after I bite into them.

I've been a Twinlab Customer for over 20 years-- they are consistently good, and when I first started using their products, I was drawn to them because of their quality and reputation.

These E's are NOT Dl-Alpha ("fake" Vitamin E) tocopherols -- they are the Real Thing, made with pure, quality-controlled products.

We use several of TwinLab's products. They are all packaged in glass! They are properly sealed and fresh. With the possible exception of the capsule material, the products are vegan safe. It is also becoming clear that most need vitamin E supplements. Several options are available, but this product is from mixed tocopherols - a must for the health-conscious consumer.

Excellent Vitamins,this is a serious brand don't bother with rare brands of supplements!!

I give this to my dog to replenish the tocopherals he uses in processing Salmon Oil. There really is no way to rate this product.

The product description says this free of common allergens.

However, per their web site their 1000IU Vitamin E product has soybean oil.

Soy is one of the "big 8" allergens.

I don't specifically know that this 400 IU has it but it doesn't list soy as one of the allergens it does not have.

I ordered the cod liver oil gelcaps along with the vitamin E gelcaps. When I opened them, they were identical in color and odor. I don't know why vitamin E would smell fishy, unless there is something fishy about this product. It would seem that twinlab is a scam, I'm not sure either product is safe to consume. Very disappointing to spend good money on a questionable supplement.
