not sure what type of phone this is supposed to keep untangled, but i bought it for my office phone and my cord is staying just as tangled as ever.

It does swivel and connect to the phone, the problem is when you're on the line speaking. The person on the other end hears a lot of static and the conversation keeps cutting in and out with this device.Not recommended.

Doesn't Work,

The unit does not work with the headset! The plug does not stay in the receiver and because of the design, the receiver does not fit into the cradle when not in use. DON'T BOTHER BUYING!
