Mrs. Kjos is a wonderful, God-filled Christian who explains the dangers of spiritism from a Biblical perspective.Jesus DID say that the only way to the Father was through Him. Sorry for those that are offened, but sometimes the truth hurts.

I discovered this book a few weeks ago and wow it really spoke to me. I got pulled away from traditional Christianity and for the last 3 years was seduced by all spirituality, new thought and new age practices had to offer. Very appealing but so out of biblical truth and at the time could not see that. God has pulled me back which I am so grateful for, THANK YOU GOD! After a Sunday service I walked into a used book store that had an amazing selection of Christian books and I was feeling a little overwhelmed by the huge selection, I prayed to the Lord to direct me to some reading material that would be beneficial to me and this book jumped out of the shelf, it was quite amazing. It has been such a wonderful gift, and has really opened my eyes to the new age spiritual teachings that are seeping into everything, like a thief in the night and has given me some wonderful tools for me to work with, I have a lot of girl friends that are Christians but that are play around with the tempting practices, that pretend to be God centered. I will be buying many copies to distribute to my friends and hopefully it will speak to them as much as it did to me. Much love to all and continue to walk for our Holy King!! R

Never was a warning more needed...,

We have entered a time when many modern "christians" are turning back to the broken cisterns of spiritualism. The warnings in this book are valid, even more so with the rise of the "Emerging church movement" and it's off-child "Spiritual Formation." There are different reasons why believers are turning back to these things. Some are bored. Some are seeking new knowledge through their unsanctified pride. Some are looking in the wrong place for healing from the pain(s) of life. Whatever the reason, these spiritualistic deceptions exhibit a particular and peculiar impact upon our women. Thank you Berit, for speaking the truth in love.
