5.0 out of 5 stars Take a break September 2, 2012
Format:Kindle Edition|Amazon Verified Purchase
This Mercy Watts short packed more suspense, twist, and turns into its 29 pages than a 329 page novel. Really quickly we find that Mercy is a believable kind of protagonist...smart with some dumb moves, attractive without really knowing it, and able to leap tall buildings with a single bound. Wait, that last part is Superman. Spend half an hour with Mercy and you wind up looking for more of Hartoin's shorts. I did~!~.

5.0 out of 5 stars Hooked from the start! July 22, 2012
Format:Kindle Edition|Amazon Verified Purchase
I read the free page on line and was hooked. Mercy is a winner with her down to earth style and Marilyn Monroe looks. She's great at mulit tasking jobs and men. Can't wait to see what she gets herself into next helping out her PI father. Did not want the story to end. Laughed out loud.

5.0 out of 5 stars Quick, entertaining read July 22, 2012
Format:Kindle Edition
A great mystery with great characters. The main character, Mercy Watts, will win your heart from page one. She has no problem filling in for her dad as a spy for one of his cases or for getting in trouble because of her task.

The book is short, but packs a great story into the few pages. I enjoyed the book and the characters. If you are looking for a good mystery with a new "twist," check out this book. Enjoy!!

I received this book free from the author in exchange for an honest review.

3.0 out of 5 stars It was ok...
But I wouldn't read it again. It was a shortstory that could have been a little longer nearer the end. Last couple chapters were too rushed.
