I also was disappointed in the DVD overall. I wasn't at the show that this disc was filmed, but I saw 2 of the shows on the tour (Atlantic City and Toronto). Not only is SMF missing from this dvd, but so is Stay Hungry.
As for the DVD, the camera work is choppy and often out of focus, the picture gets very grainy, and you absolutely do not get a good representation of how good TS is live from this DVD. It gets frustrating that so much of Dee's rants (especially his rant about meeting Santa Clause for a Rock-Em-Sock-Em-Robot) are cut and edited out. The sound isn't bad, and if you're a fan you'll probably buy this, but I'd recommend picking up their video hits DVD instead.

The dvd is not the best. Camera's are often out of focus and the lighting is horrible. Sound quality is a 4 star, video is a 1 star. The performance was ok.

If yoo really love metal , and you hate all these Old Christmas songs....This if for you!!!!!!!!!!!!! The best way to get into Christmas is throught this band!!!!! This is the first and the only metal christmast album !!!!!!!!!

As someone who was at the show, I was a bit disappointed in the DVD. For those who weren't there live, they might not notice, but cuts were clearly visible, as (unlike the Wacken CD/DVD), this was clearly edited for "family" use. Gone was most of Dee's banter from the night, the band intros, and the final song of the night, S.M.F.

Overall, the disc is not bad. They still rock and it was great to actually be able to relive a concert I'd seen live. However, if you're a NJ fan who saw this in person, be warned that this is not the entire show we saw last year.

Twisted Sister do Christmas Metal style. This video is AWESOME! Who da thunk it? I saw this tour in Baltimore. It was my first time seeing TS and let me tell ya something, for a bunch of 50+ yr. old men they still have the Rock -N- Roll spirit in them. Dee's in great shape. JJ freely (no reference to the old rumor of JJ and Ace being one in the same intended) admits to wearing a wig, and Animal Mendoza has gained a few pounds but hey, who hasn't? "You Can't Stop Rock -N- Roll!" Sister's renditions of Christmas classics really rock and they mix in well with TS classics. Bottom line, this is a rockin' video and it will certainly livin things up at your house.

Found out about the CD and that we missed seeing them in Orlando (all I want for Christmas is a "real" radio station) the day after Christmas last year. I bought the CD anyway. It kicked much !@#!! Couldn't wait for the next Christmas to enjoy it again...so, ok. I cheated in June. Then, I saw the DVD was available this year and had to have it. Who gives a *edit* if it was edited. Still the next best thing to seeing it live. Traditional yet not, twisted yet familiar. This is the Best Metal Christmas music there is...period.

I've been a big Twisted Sister fan and it's nice to see what they're doing here. Sure it's a little off the wall, but that's what we all love about Twisted Sister. Really nice mix of songs, and I'm sure it would have been nice to have seen everything, but hey guys, lets not forget about a time restriction. If this DVD was any longer than we'd be paying a little more for it. I really enjoyed the the Come All Ye Faithful video and the short interview with JJ French and Dee Snider.

I grew up going thru all the biggest & best times in popular music. The 60's-70's & then came the 80's & Twisted Sister. They are THE" definition of what Heavy Metal is all about. I am also the kind of guy who LOVES Christmas time & all the classics. When I saw Twisted Sisters Christmas CD, I had to buy it. Then, one night on the radio, I heard lead singer Dee Snider mention that there was a Live concert DVD of this Christmas music and I THOROUGHLY enjoy it. To me it is the Greatest Christmas Live concert DVD available. It also includes their hits so that there is nothing left out. Dee & the band perform these original Christmas classics with a metal edge without trashing the songs. THEY HAD FUN and it shows. The CD has Lita Ford singing with the band on I'll be home for Christmas. All I can say is WOW!

This is the show from Starland Ballroom in NJ. I was at this show, extremely well done, excellent crowd that night and just a killer show. I cannot wait to get this DVD.
