Here's a game that I had no idea what to expect when we put it in the machine. Twist your body into shapes to fit through the shadows. It's a lot like the on screen popular Television show the kids love called Hole in the Wall! the Image appears on the screen you shape your body how you need to fit the shape and if you do it right you gain points. You blast through walls, tons of shapes you almost never get the same one twice, you have to move quickly and your always doing something new.

Up to 8 people can join in the fun but its just as much fun for 1. My daughter is 11 and loves to play this with her friends.

Jump, Squat, lean, Move your body to fit the shapes. Your constantly moving. Great way to get kids off the couch and having fun.

The initial set up is bit slow to react (this may be our yr old system) but once's you get the game started it's a whole lot of fun.(product was provided for review. thoughts are 100% honest and all my own.)

What a GREAT game!

It truly is fun to play with your friends or kids. You get to move and twist your body into fun shapes, mirror your friend's image, etc.

Good game and highly recommended.

I recall playing twister in college, but this is a new take on the game entirely. My kids loved it, it has an element of exercise and it's the best when there's a silly mood at the party. The absolute best for kids who are interested in the Dance games but aren't quite old enough or coordinated enough. We have had a good time with ours. Recommended for winter indoors to shake off the blues.

The perfect game to play with family and friends. Can do quick games or long tournaments. Fit into shapes, avoid obstacles, break down the wall, or match a friend's pose. Work as a team or against each other. Multiple difficulty levels. There's so much to do, it never gets boring. Gets you active while having tons of fun. Great for children, the college student (like me), parents, and even grandparents. Everyone I've shared this with has loved playing it.

I received this game for free, so I was a bit skeptical as how it would work. Honestly, I didn't have high expectations. To my pleasant surprise, it was AWESOME! We had a group of 6-8 people (aged 23-30) and we had a blast! I can imagine younger kids would have even more fun. This is a game for the whole family, for literally everyone/anyone to play. It's great because it's based on the skill level of other players a lot, so if you have all 6 year olds playing, it won't be too difficult for them. And on that note, if you have all 25 year olds playing, it won't be too easy! We had people doing handstands and jumps, and all sorts of contortions to try and fit in the shapes/make our own shapes. It got very competitive and it was a lot of fun. We also own Kinect adventures and the Kinect sports games. We like Twister the best :)

Bought this game for my 11 year old son for Christmas.
I was not too fond of the old twister game so I wasn't
to excited about getting this game. I couldn't have been
more wrong. This game is an absolute blast! My husband
likes it too. Get this game!!!

For a bargain bin deal, this game isn't terrible. If you have something like Kinect Adventures, I don't really think that this game will add anything to your game collection. Basically you have to pose your body to either fill in as much of a gap in the wall as possible, break down as much of the wall as you can or dodge the wall. It can be ridiculous fun at first to watch your friends make silly poses but it gets old pretty quickly.

In regards to set up, we have a very small living room in our apartment but we've been able to successfully play other Kinect games like Dance Central (1 and 2), Rise of Nightmares, Kinect Adventures, Kinect Sports, Fruit Ninja and Power-Up Heroes with no issues at all. With Twister, you definitely need a lot more space since the game is more spatially dependent. Where as a lot of Kinect games will adjust for you location, Twister Mania is heavily dependent on your location. So if you are supposed to pose the extreme right side of your screen or the extreme left it will expect you to go to the extreme right or left of your living room (for some people this may involve running into a wall or making a ridiculous pose into your lamp). Twister Mania is a challenge for small spaces.

If you can get it at bargain bin prices, it's not a bad game but in general, you can do better and you are not missing anything if you pass up this game.
