Karen Lehner is a poetic songwriter as well as a beautiful voice. She reminds me of Tori Amos or Nanci Griffith. A must buy CD!

This CD is quite beautiful and different. I'd highly suggest it to anyone looking for a change. Also, it's great music for a dinner party or even in the car. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed.

Karen Lehner's music has a wonderfully lyrical quality to it. You hear the songs, understand the lyrics, and soon find yourself humming along. Even after listening many times to a piece you begin to discover new aspects to it and then marvel at how you missed them during the first few times you listened. If you like the music of Nanci Griffith, Joni Mitchell and even Bonnie Raitt, go ahead and listen to a few tracks: you'll be glad you did!

Karen has a great voice and lyrics with meaning. I can't compare here to anyone else because she is unique. Definitely worth a listen.

Karen's lilting and poignant vocals tickle your ears like snuggly, world-wise bunnies with many a tale to tell. She's a songwriter of vast depth and perception and sings her stories with disarming honesty and tenderness - two immensely valuable qualities that one is hard-pressed to find in this age of vapid female musical role models. Her songs are gems, and the excellent and thoughtful production on the album enhances their many facets. This album is a joy to listen to and has, like all of my time-tested favorites, become as welcome in my CD player as a dear friend is at my front door. Highly recommended.
