Everything an more, true to their word. The book was in excellent shape and there were many more offered. Grade AAAA

Delightful read!
Two on the Isle by Robb White, was a real joy to read.I have been to Marina Cay 3 times and always have been amaized by it's beauty. Robb and Rodie had a paradise there on the Island,but the story of their hard labor and determination of building their home there is one of courage not seen by many today.And then! to find their deed was never excepted by the BVI...

Two on the Isle by Robb White, was a real joy to read.I have been to Marina Cay 3 times and always have been amaized by it's beauty. Robb and Rodie had a paradise there on the Island,but the story of their hard labor and determination of building their home there is one of courage not seen by many today.And then! to find their deed was never excepted by the BVI government was a shock. It had to have been heart breaking to give up their island. Then again I guess Rodie was happy after all to be back in her home town in Georgia USA. I was saddened by that as well as the fact they did not remain together....

Paradise found...then lost!,

I had the wonderful experience to read this book while sailing in the BVI in December of 2000. Very interesting story, made more real to me by actually sitting in their concrete home. Nothing makes a tale come alive like being there! I recommend this book, especially to those who visit the British Virgin Islands. Too bad they eventually lost their beautiful island.
