• The Two Pendant Alert System is an affordable and reliable way for you to know that your charge needs your assistance. Caregivers usually spend the majority of their time with those they are caring for. However, there are times when you need to step away, and it is important that your loved one can call for you if needed.
• The Two Pendant Paging System uses wireless technology to alert a caregiver that assistance is needed. When the button is pressed, signals are sent to the receiving unit which will chime immediately. There is a small visual indicator light that blinks as well.
• Nurse Call Pendant (Qty 2): The button is user friendly and requires little pressure to push. A lanyard is enclosed so it can be worn like a pendant. • Caregiver Pager (Qty 1): The beeper style clip-on receiver only weighs 4.1 oz. with batteries installed, so it is easy to wear on your waistband. Can receive a signal up to 150feet. 3.25" W x 2.5" H x 0.875" D, The clip on the back of the receiver is 2" long, Uses 2 AA batteries (not included)

A fine product. Both signaling devices work perfectly, and there are two sound settings on the receiver. I use the loud siren setting, and indeed when it's activated you can hear it in Borneo. A convenient tether for the patient to wear around his or her neck. Nice to have two signal devices.

I've purchased 4 of these sets at this point. When they work -- they are great. The battery holder is very thin metal and after a time, the contacts are no longer stable. Unfortuntely you don't know they don't work unless you test them frequently. For some reason, they also quit working occasionally - then start again the next morning. So - if you don't depend on them totally - and test often - they are wonderful.

My husband is on oxygen 24 hours a day. He uses a portable unit when he goes outside. We had a couple occasions where his unit ran out of oxygen. He had the paging pendant around his neck and was able to alert me that he needed assistance. I would highly recommend this product. It definitely has served the purpose of what we needed it for.
