5.0 out of 5 stars Better and better!
First of all, I want to notice, that this second album - "Two Worlds" consists of 2CD, that speaks on Andre's talent and grown professionalism. First CD features mostly trance, dance trakcs. Some of them are really superb, such as "The Summer" or "See U Again". What am I saying, - all of them! But more I like his second CD, which features...

2.0 out of 5 stars This is what mediocrity sounds like
I can't say that this 2-cd set is awful but I can't say it is good when there are much better djs who spin trance music with such precision like Paul Van Dyk and Sandra Collins. I am a trance junkie but this 2-cd set is a major letdown. It lacks the energy that "Out There and Back" [Paul Van Dyk] and "Perfecto Presents Another World" [Paul Oakenfold]...

Some of them are really superb, such as "The Summer" or "See U Again". What am I saying, - all of them! But more I like his second CD, which features mellow, calming, slowly tracks. That's great! I love these trakcs for their trance and calming effect. It is worthed to listen, especially "The Summer (Ibiza Influence Version)" and "First Love" - they're really wonderful! I know and heard of almost all of ATB works: from his SQ-1 and remixes till his last album. I assure you will not be dissapointed by listening these last traks, which continue to reveal Andre's talent. In conclusion want to say, that I adore and admire ATB music, the guy, who makes an excellent tracks, sounds and remixes, who made the revolution in the international dance scene. I wish him more success and luck...

5.0 out of 5 stars atb- as always GREAT!, December 3, 2003

the most interesting thing i find about atb is that he doesnt focus on the clubbing-crazy-all night rave side of trance/techno. he focuses more on the beauty of the music. he makes you feel how beautiful music and life is in general. i call this my "adult techno" as it is more relaxing and calm. and like many of his other albums, its great love-making music ;)

5.0 out of 5 stars Another world another sound, April 10, 2004
This review is from: Two Worlds (Audio CD)
First of all i would like to comment on all those that has been saying that this is a weak and boring album that it's not. ATB do sound diffrent from his first, here the majority of the songs are slow and not like "9PM" but they are less commercial too. Most songs are passioned with beautiful melodies, there surely are way to many songs included but there are loads of wonderful songs there. "The fields of love" "Engrossing Moments" and "The summer" are exellent and his "Let you go" with Wild Strawberries is not bad either, they are all superb relax songs. The great Heather Nova (2 songs) and Enigma are also feautured here, the result is a sensual and beautuful dance album. "Klagwent" is more of a electro song, "Timeless" is a mix of drums&bass and dance, like "Cabana Moon" on "Addicted to music" and the songs with Heathee Nova includes vocals obviously, so all songs are not slow relax songs but occasional fans that only liked the commercial "9pm" and simular songs should stay away from this cause it's diffrent from "Movin Melodies" that's not a bad thing though.

4.0 out of 5 stars NICE VARIETY, January 30, 2002

The best word to sum up this album would be "organic". This release has soul. It has feelings. It flows in all sorts of directions in a very soothing way, much like a river down a mountain. With all the beautiful vocals and melodies splattered all over these songs, it's bound to raise an emotion or two, to the extent where it can almost make you cry.

Classic examples of this would be the songs 'Love will find you" and "Feel you like a river", amongst many others. So much beauty, so much emotion. ATB deserves full credit for experimenting with this release. A lot of DJs and producers just keep doing their same old sound/style album after album, yet
ATB manages to sound original, while maintaining his trademark sounds. Luckily he knows, that his trademark pitch-bended sound of his can take him a long way, but not all the way. That's why on this album you get a LOT of variety in styles.

This album has everything from full on Jewel inspired songs, to trance, to electronica, to guitar laden sonettes, and, dare I say it; Experimental. All the while maintaining unbelieveable honesty and sincerity. If ever there was a style of music called 'organic electro' - this would be the artist/album that pioneered it.

Although he touches and mixes very different (and dangerous) styles, he never looses his cool. All these different sounds just blend into one another to form beautifully crafted songs. This release will be an adventure for your ear like no other.

Myself being an electronic music producer also, I can appreciate a well crafted album when I hear one. The second CD is basically harmonious electro synth pads blended together with some breakbeat, parts of which somewhat resemble the atmopsherics of a relaxation CD. Experimental, but still staying on the 'accessible' side of things. All in all, a great collection of songs.

This album is highly recommended, and is something, that everyone on this planet should have access to listen to. The world would be a much nicer place, trust me.

1.0 out of 5 stars Im Sorry ATB Aint No Trance, January 19, 2001
This review is from: Two Worlds (Audio CD)
First of all ATB Is Club not Trance, his flows all same alike like every single one. It's not fast enough to be called Trance, he may be luv'd by the Clubers in the US,But the Trance'rs dont have much luve 4 ATB.Like i think he would be a great Dreamhouse DJ, Dreamhouse is like Robert Miles and DJ DADO. So If you want a Club Cd this an aright album for Club but if you want Trance Dont buy this!!!

"Two Worlds" just bored me to tears. ATB could learn a few things from both Pauls when it comes to trance 'cause it might get him back into my good graces (as if he was ever there to begin with).

while listening to other cds i picked this one up at a record store to give it a listen and was not dissapointed when i brought it home, never hearing of ATB before i liked what i heard on this album, it isn'y housy at all just mellow beats and breaks, nothing fast or hard about this one though if that is what you are looking for. one down side is a couple of tracks sounds like something i have heard on other cds, so that would make me question his creativity and originality, namely in track 3

5.0 out of 5 stars ATB - Absolutely The Best, May 31, 2002
This review is from: Two Worlds (Audio CD)
What can you say about this masterpeice that hasn't been said already ? ATB is fabulous!! If I could meet the man I'd tell him he's a genius.
Ever since Miss Jane's remix of "Fine Night" I knew this artist would go places. I have grown to love ATB so much that I think he's my fave artist.

The tracks on disc one (1) " The World Of Movement" are upbeat , they make you want to get up and dance. When you listen to it you can't help but move you your feet or tap your fingers.
All the tracks flow perfectly ..... they are "trancy" enough to dance to but they are also soothing enough that you could put the cd on & fall alseep :-)

The tracks on disc two (2)" The Relaxing World" are intended to do nothing but that - relax you....
When I put this Cd on it clears my mind.... makes me feel pure emotions, and as one guy said it's beautiful enough to make you cry.

Andre is a master at what he does & the review about the best things ATB has done, being "9pm till I come" & "Don't Stop" is so far from the truth! "Two Worlds" is so much better than Andre's last work & his follow up "Dedcated" is quite something too!!

Truly amzaing!! If you don't have it , BUY IT!!!!

First of all, 3 cheers for ATB

HIP HIP Hurray! HIP HIP Hurray! HIP HIP Hurray!

I saw ATB live last night and Club Insomnia in washington DC. Let me tell you, this guy is good. I have been clubbing for the last 12 years experiencing mixes from all sorts of DJ. The energy ATB brings to the dance floor is Un-Fathomable. The Megamix from "Two World" was literally out of this world. I wish he would record a live mix. Listen to Two Worlds its awesome. Especially, LET U Go (My Fav).

Peace from DC.

Some CD's just work, and others don't. This was a fine example of a CD that works. I can't stop listening to it. Although the first CD has more vocals than I usually like, it still was very good. As for disc 2, it is brilliance. One of the best overall discs I have heard. If only it were longer, it would be perfect. Go out and get this, ATB does not disappoint.
