If you know someone that is facing stressful times or just feeling down, this is a great pick me up. I bought this toy for an adult who used to clown at children's birthday parties. However due to age and health reasons they can longer entertain. This brought an immediate smile to their face.
This is a well made toy with a bright colorful costume. The only concern I could see if giving this to a small child is the button nose and the two suspender buttons on the back. Before I could give it to the adult, my son who is 2, got a hold of it and was attracted to the buttons. It is a well made toy but not for young children.

Was looking for a clown to go along with a brightly-colored quilt (w/some clown fabric included) that I made for my grand-daughter who is only two. This fit the bill perfectly, after a lot of searching. Many "clowns" can be scary; this isn't.

I received this item in a timely manner but was disappointed in its quality. It looked like it had been sitting on the shelf, in sunlight, for a while. I chose this particular distributor because it had a relatively high rating, emphasis on relative. Compared to the photo, the one I received had faded material. The blue was a very light blue, and the pink was a faded pink, almost white. It might have been new but it was in no way in "mint" condition which is what one expects. I kept it because it's cute.

We bought 12 of these to be birthday favors for my 2 year-old's party and tied a lollypop to one of the bear's hands. The kids loved them. How can you not like beanie babies?
