The 1999 Signature Bear is a "celebearity" in his own right. Ty Inc. is known for its bears, and this is a great example of one. The light brown and gray speckled fabric of his "coat" gives it a rich appearance. Embroidered on his chest is a red heart that reads "1999" and "Ty" (as in Ty Warner, maker of the Beanie Baby) in white. A maroon satin ribbon with gold trim adorns his neck. His endearing face has a black button nose and eyes. This bear has neither a poem nor a birthday. He appeals to both boys and girls, and would be a great toy for a kid or a welcome addition to your collection. Surface wash only. --Peggy Etra

It's the best mis I ever had. He is so cute. He can go on for 10 years until you lose him in Mexico. He even fell into a trashcan yogurt, and the mud and was okay.
