I bought Fetch as a replacement for another Fetch that had been lost by my 5 year old daughter; who was distraught at loosing the only toy she had ever bonded with. The service was excellent from the USA to Australia and the quality of the toy was also excellent. My daughter is delighted with her replacement "Fetch". Thank you
