Whatever I say about Tylenol arthritis pain medication, it is only my experience. Everyone's pain experience and relief is different. That said, I have chronic pain due to bulging discs in my lower back and bursitis flareups that affect my knees, hips, and shoulders. Throw in ruptured discs in my neck for good measure. I could be on vicodin; doctors would prescribe it, but that would effectively ruin my quality of life.

Instead, I choose to just take the top of the pain off and live with low to mid level pain. I could have chosen to take aspirin or motrin, but since I have to take something every day, these are hard on my stomach. I take Tylenol because it doesn't bother my stomach, and it actually works better for me than aspirin or motrin anyway. You have to follow the dosage instructions for Tylenol because taking too much can cause liver damage. In fact, I only take two tablets twice a day, not three times, for this reason. There are very bad days, though, when I will take the maximum allowed, and while I won't be pain free, the Tylenol will help get it down into tolerable levels.

I've taken Tylenol products for many years, from menstrual cramps to headaches to toothaches. I was really glad when the company came out with an arthritis strength; even this strength helps with other pains than arthritis even better, and helps me recover from a medical treatment that I receive once a month.

I've got to admit that I have tried the store-brand version of this, but it doesn't quite do what the Tylenol brand does. Also, an article on WEB MD recently said that the best and safest thing to take for arthritis was the ingredient in Tylenol--acetaminophen, either the extra-strength four times a day, or the arthritis-strength three times a day.

I have been using this for a while now and really think it helps me sleep. I tried the cheaper generic brand and could really tell a big difference. These last 8 hours and do a good job of holding off the pain enough to be able to sleep for most common mild to moderate pain. Be sure and note the warnings. Don't mix with alcohol or some other OTC medicines that might have additional tylenol in them like cold medicines. Make sure you take no more than the recommended dose, too much can damage the liver. It is quite safe in recommended dosages.

With 5 herniated thoracic discs and 3 bulging lower ones I can stay pretty comfortable most days on 2 tabs in the am..The am pain is often miserable...but Tylenol gets me moving enough to get to work..I rarely need more...nothing else seems to work as well.

This product was delivered sooner than expected and I would happily use this seller again.

IT REALLY TAKES THE EDGE OFF AND SEEMS TO HAVE NO SIDE EFFECTS.

Living everyday with nerve damage, causing pain and sever cramping, I found that there was only one product (OTC) that truly worked for me. In fact, when they pulled it off the shelves do to an internal company problem, I tried almost all other brands but found nothing that worked as good on relieving pain. I also agree that it is very important to use as recommended, and not to exceed in dosage. Never be a momma-luke and overdose on any product, always be responsible.

Works very well for sharp in constant pain. I recommend this to a friend any day!

I have had arthritis in my neck, hips and knees for many years, and was prescribed a couple of different medications -- that didn't work as well for me as Tylenol Arthritis Pain formula. I have recommended Tylenol Arthritis formula to my family and friends.
