I have been using these for almost 2 years and just love them! Previously, I was using Tylenol PM...but these are great because they work just as well as Tylenol PM, just without the acetaminophen (which is the main ingredient in Tylenol). Silly to take Tylenol PM to fall asleep if you don't really need the acetaminophen.

The pills are very small and easy to swallow. They do not have the coating like Tylenol PM caplets do, but they are so small you don't need that coating. While these contain the exact same medicine as Benadryl (diphenhydramine), they actually make me fall asleep rather than just feel a little sleepy like Benadryl does.

Now, they say they are non-habit forming when taken as directed, and I would agree with that...but they do create a sleeping problem just like other sleep-aids do - your body will get used to having these in order to fall asleep and eventually you cannot fall asleep on your own without them. I still rate them 5 stars because they work as supposed to and are fairly cheap...just don't take them everynight for a prolonged period of time because that is a hard thing to correct.

I have used this product off and on for approximately 10 years and it works the best for me. I wasn't able to find the large bottles in my local stores and was relieved to find Amazon had it. I have tried other brands but Simply Sleep works best for me. I feel rested but no drugged feeling in the morning.

This is no doubt the best sleep aid i've ever tried . i will be glad when it comes back on the market! having to try other things and its not too good!!

These are very small and easy to take. Since the dosage is 2, you can just take 1 or none at all on the nights when you can get to sleep normally. I bought these so I wouldn't have to take the extra ingredients in the PM-type of medicines such as Tylenol PM or Excedrin PM. And for that purpose, they work great.

They aren't physically habit forming but you want to avoid getting used to them mentally. You just want to avoid taking them every night 'just in case' and only take them if you can't fall asleep normally after a period of time. I use them off and on, mostly on international travel trips when I need to get my sleep regulated quickly.

I'm really glad these are on the market for the days that I need extra help to fall asleep but don't want to take extra medicine I don't need.

They do work very well . However if you read the contents all you are getting is benedryl. So you can get that or generic very cheap in comparison to tylenol; brand. And lately they are not worth the extra just because they were a trusted company.
