My elderly father cannot swallow anything by mouth and has a feeding tube. Because he takes acetaminophen 3 times a day, i looked for an adult strength liquid format in order to have one less pill to crush (my hand is getting sore from crushing all his pills!). This relatively new product, adult strength liquid Tylenol, really met our needs.

The only complaint i have is that the cost is high: for us, at 0.5 ounce per dose, the ($4.99) 8 oz. bottle will only last for 16 doses, at a cost of $0.31 per dose. This bottle will only last just over 5 days. I wish this was available as a generic product to lessen the cost.

The Tylenol Sore Throat Maximum Strength Adult Acetaminophen Liquid worked well in clearing up my sore throat. I didn't care for the taste, but it did help me to feel better. So if someone just wanted to feel better and didn't care what it tastes like, then I'd recommend this product.

The Tylenol liquid worked well for me. It has a pleasant flavor and helped with sore throat, headache, and overall aches and pains. I was able to get a good night's sleep. I'd recommend this to anyone who has summer allergies or other sinus problems. It did a great job for me.

I had great results with this stuff. I could swallow my food a whole lot better in less than an hour. The flavors aren't bad either. I like the cherry a little better than the honey lemon, but that's just a personal preference thing.

Tylenol is a reliable brand name that I wouldn't hesitate recommending to anyone. When you have a sore throat, anything is worth a try.

Excellent product. It came just in time. Really works well on sore throats. It's very soothing and gentle, and doesn't have too bad an after taste. A++ in my book. I'm going to keep this on hand at my house for the next time.

Worked like a charm! It took away any sore throat pain with just a couple of sprays. And the pain stayed away long enough for me to get some much-needed sleep. I wasn't that pleased with the taste. It had that yucky aftertaste. But overall the product would be well worth buying!
