Type A Behavior: Its Diagnosis and Treatment (Prevention in Practice Library)
Have known for awhile that I was a "Type A" but did not know why I had interpersonal challenges. Book helped me with ways to know what my triggers were and how to have a self-monitor help change my reactions to the triggers. Much more work to do but this is the first book that not only explains why but provides working solutions.
