5.0 out of 5 stars The Big Picture!, January 18, 2009
This review is from: The Typewriter: An Illustrated HIstory (Dover Pictorial Archive Series) (Paperback)
There are several books built around the Typewriter Topics compendium of the Twenties. What sets this one apart is the large format. An experienced collector or newbie to typewriter history should consider this a must-have book if only for the great pictures. But of course the histories of the machines, the ads and the contagious excitement of the content will make you glad to have purchased "The Typewriter".
