Measuring 15-1/4 inches in diameter and 2-1/2 inches deep, the paella pan is made of heavy gauge carbon steel, the most popular material for paella pans in Spain, with a Probon nonstick interior and exterior finish. Two loop-style handles afford a secure grasp for lifting the pan when full. Paella is cooked uncovered, so no lid is needed.

This pan is a great addition to any kitchen. It is large enough to make a dozen servings of paella. It is deeper than most paella pans and can also be used for any stir fry dish. It is easy to clean and attractive enough to use as a table serving dish. The non-stick surface is holding up nicely after a year of use, although I am careful to not use metal utensils.

This is a well-made product able to handle a dish for a crowd. I made a large batch of Arroz con Pollo for 12 and it handled it perfectly - on the stovetop and inside the oven. I am very happy I made this purchase and the price was great.

I got this pan and LOVED it. Unfortunately, it took only a dozen uses, with only coated utensils, no oven use, and hand-wash only, for the coating to start to come off, and then it started RUSTING. Not happy at all with this purchase, and don't advise anyone else to buy it either.
