As soon as I laid eyes on this bread bin, I knew that I had to have it. It's very unique, and a great color too. I must admit I was apprehensive about the cost, but it's very well made, so hopefully it will last a long time. It was packaged very well when shipped, and I was so excited to put it in my kitchen! The magnet is strong enough that it does a nice job of keeping the lid closed, but you can easily open it with one hand. It's fairly large, so make sure you have a spot for it...

I love this breadbox! It is perfect for my red/white 50's kitchen and will be for yours too. It is very well made and quite roomy inside. I highly recommend it :)

This is a great bread box! The only reason I didn't give it five stars is you have to hold the top when pulling it open as the magnets are so strong. Does exactly what I wanted (holds 1 full loaf of bread & hamburger buns too)and LOOKS WONDERFUL in my kitchen! Thanks Amazon.
