I bought this book to start a home fitness plan. I have really loved using this book. There are some things that are only for the military, but I think there is a lot of information that can be pulled from this book and used to develop a good fitness program. When looking for a book I searched a great deal of fitness books. I trusted this one because you know Uncle Sam invested some time and money into the research. This is a really great buy.

Just started working out for the first time and this book is great. Covers muscle building, cardio and diet.
Not as comprehensive as other books are on each subject individually. After you get started you may want to read a book on nutrition or weight lifting specifically, but this book is a great place to start with all areas.

I ordered this on January 27th, and was assured it was available at the time. It is now 5 months later, and the order keeps getting delayed over and over again! This was a birthday gift for my brother, which he still hasn't received MONTHS later.
