This book does NOT include the Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and Consumer Protection Act of 2005! This book was not right for my Debtor-Creditor class. This book only covers current law before the new Act takes affect on Oct. 17th, 2005. Ask your professor to be sure. In my opinion, the 2005 year on the cover of the book seemed misleading.
