The "shorty" suit is distinguished by its short-sleeve arms and legs and its titanium-blend 3 mm chest panels, which reflect heat back to the body to keep divers and surfers warm in cool currents. The suit also features 2 mm side panels and super-stretch panels under the arms, both of which give the wearer added flexibility whether twisting to the side or reaching upward. And thanks to the neoskin seals on the neck, legs, and wrists, the suit seals out water with aplomb. Other details include flat-lock stitching for extra comfort, a heavy-duty corrosion-free #10 YKK zipper on the back, and a pull chord with a double-tap hook and loop tie down to keep the suit fully sealed. This is one of the best purchases I have ever made. For years I have been putting up with a cold lap pool (allegedly "heated" but only minimally so), often skipping my swim because I didn't want the discomfort of that initial cold shock, particularly around the, uh, waist. Now, I can swim whenever I like in perfect comfort, regardless of the pool temperature. And this thing fits like a glove. A remarkable product at a low price. Couldn't be more satisfied.

We bought two of these wetsuits for a snorkling trip to Florida. The wetsuit is excellent and a very good price. We used the wetsuits while snorkeling in water that was in the high 70s. It allowed us to stay in the water as long as we wanted without getting cold. We took a chartered snorkeling trip in which we went to two different snorkeling spots to snorkel for one hour at each spot. All of the people on the trip went in the water at the first spot but only 40% of the people went out at the second spot. Water temperature was likely one reason that caused people to stay on the boat because during the time that we were snorkeling I noticed that a woman that was snorkeling next to me had goose bumps all over her body. I was perfectly warm and compeltely enjoyed the trip. In addition to snorkeling we also used the wetsuits while we were kayaking which kept us very warm and comfortable.
