We had 50 states folders but they didn't have spaces for the territories. This does. In fact, it has 2 spots for each (P and D).

We bought two of these to supplement our 1999-2008 folders. The quarters fit well and the price was good.

This product was received as described, but the overall quality of the product is average. It is very thin and plain. I do really like the fact that it includes two spaces for each quarter that was released from Denver and Philadelphia mints. It works though.
