It's not hard to learn......, April 5, 2002
...that Usher rocks!!! Ushers latest album 8701 has a load of hot tracks that should or have been released (U Remind Me, Can U Help Me,I Don't Know, etc..), but none so more than this one! This track really deserves to go to #1 at the moment at it is catchy, and it's dance routines aren't tacky. The tracks are like this:1.U-Turn (Album Version) :This is the original version of the song, with its catchy lyrics about what Usher used to to jam to in the past, and what it's like now. Descriptive as well as upbeat and sexy.5/5 2.U-Turn (Almighty Mix) :Almighty remixes aren't usually my style, apart from their mix of J Lo's 'Ain't It Funny', but I love this one! Ushere's smooth voice fits in with the typical Almighty beat, and turns this song into a vibrant club track.5/5! 3.U-Turn (Almighty Dub) :This is a more basic version of track 2 which alters the track slighly and takes out most but not all of the vocals. However, it still retains its status by keeping the best bits and having it at virtually the same length.4/5 4.U R The One : This song tells about how Usher saw this girl and immediately got hooked on her, and would do anything to please her. It has the typical Usher beat, and it's a bit same-ish, but it's quite good, and has a nice breakdown towards the end.3.5/5 I like this single, and I think it is worth the purchase, if not for the tracks above, then for the added video instead. It is a great single and will have you doing the U-Turn in no time.
