1.0 out of 5 stars STEER CLEAR! MOST WORTHLESS TOUCHPAD EVER!!!, June 8, 2010
This review is from: MSI Wind U100-279US 10" Display Mini Notebook, 1.6GHz Intel Atom Processor, 2GB DDR2 Memory (1GB included + 1GB upgrade by Microtel), 160GB HD XP Home, 6 Cell Battery (White) (Personal Computers)
This is simply inexcusable! This is one of the many netbooks apparently shipping with the virtually worthless Sentelic touchpads.

Don't think I'm remotely overstating "WORTHLESS." You have basically two chances of getting this touchpad to actually do what you want it to do: SLIM and NONE! Overly sensitive with no rhyme nor reason to what it's going to do when you barely touch it - there's also no adjustment setting anywhere to be found on the computer.

Nice little netbook otherwise and will work fine with a mouse - but MSI, LENOVO and a host of others are well aware of this garbage runaway touchpad problem and have done nothing to help consumers. JUST BE WARNED: YOU WILL LOSE A LOT OF TIME AND WORK WHEN THIS DUD SUDDENLY DUMPS YOUR 99 PERCENT WRITTEN EMAIL TO JUMP BACK SIX PAGES WITHOUT WARNING OR WHEN YOU'RE ABOUT TO PLACE A LAST SECOND EBAY BID ONLY TO HAVE THE TOUCHPAD FAIRY MAGICALLY TRANSPORT YOU TO MAJOR GEEKS INSTEAD...
