4.0 out of 5 stars
I love this thing!, June 28, 2010
= Durability:4.0 out of 5 stars = Fun:5.0 out of 5 stars = Educational:3.0 out of 5 stars
I got this for a father's day gift and it is a ton of fun! I have a larger "real" remote control heli and this is WAYYYY easier to fly than my big one! Once you get the hang of it, it is actually quite controllable. You have to keep in mind that it always moves forward, so you always have to be ready to turn.
For $30, this is a GREAT little indoor toy! I have crashed into walls, couches, etc and still have not broken it. In case I do, it comes with extra parts. I would definitely buy another one if this one dies.

u-Control Silver Bullet Mini RC Helicopters, May 21, 2010
= Durability:1.0 out of 5 stars = Fun:1.0 out of 5 stars = Educational:1.0 out of 5 stars
When I first saw it in the store I'd love it. I order mine with amazon took it out of the box and the Helicopter just keep spinning. I went to a local Brooskstore just to see if it was me. They couldn't fly either. I send it back after contacting them and they send me another one. Same thing. This one was even worse. I had not luck with these RC Helicopters. If you planning to buy one maybe ask them to sell you the same one they are flying on the store for showing purpose. At least you know that one works. Otherwise, don't wast your money.

Silver Bullet - take your time and have fun!, May 10, 2010
= Durability:4.0 out of 5 stars = Fun:4.0 out of 5 stars = Educational:2.0 out of 5 stars
Pros:
Can be crashed into just about anything without dying, is tonnes of fun once you figure out how to use *small* control inputs, short charging time.
Cons:
3 minute flight time before it starts to sink into ground-effect only flight.
I got mine at Staples on a whim, and it has been fun. It is very cute looking, and makes a surprising amount of wind when it's going full-bore. I've crashed it into walls, boxes, ceilings, floors, LCD monitors (didn't even scratch the screen with the blades, though I may have been lucky) and it still flies. The rotor blades are visibly dinged but it comes with enough replacements to replace all four twice.
I would say this is a nice way to enter the R/C helicopter world, but don't expect to be flying the same one for 5 years- just buy a new one or three if you really want to keep them around.
It's really more of a 3.5 or 3.8-star product than just a 3, but given its very introductory nature I couldn't justify giving it 4-stars.
