The clog runs at least 1 size small which was not written in the description. I tried to exchange for a different size, but the item was out of stock. The company charged me a restocking fee despite the fact that it was their company that could not satisy the exchange. Do not buy from this company...

These UGGs looked good but they were quite stiff and the shearling was thin.
The leather over the in-step wrinkled when I put them on. I'll probably never buy another pair without first seeing them in person.
