I thought the vendor (Overland) was great.

However, on the first pair the right boot was unusually tight at the ball of my foot. On the replacement pair, the right boot is good, the left is a bit snug at the same place. Ugg's Chinese manufacturer obviously isn't keeping up quality.

I ordered the "Ultimate" because of the reinforced toe. I wore my last pair of Uggs for years and finally poked my toe through the front so I thought this would help. However, I find these boots narrow, particularly through the front, and the seam between the top and sole is uncomfortable. Wish I had paid less and gotten plain ol' Uggs.

My wife has always been a "I don't need more than $10 shoes" kind of person. After receiving recommendations from other girls she works with she caved and asked for these boots. Now she says they are the most comfortable boots she owns and her feet don't hurt all the time when she wears them. I don't know if it's a good thing that my wife will want to wear +$100 shoes/boots from now on, but at least her feet don't hurt.

I received the boots and all I can say is that i love them. they are warm and comfortable.

These uggs are very comfortable. First uggs I ever bought. They are very warm and soft. You don't even feel you have them on!

These are the most comfortable and warm boots I think I have ever owned. Once you water proof them they are even better. Plus getting them through Overland was great, they were wonderful to deal with!

This was a great transaction. Love the boots. One minor discomfort though in the right boot, the fur on the sole under the arch of my foot was not treamed properly and it is slightly higher then it should be. I only feel it if I walk for a while, other wise they are great. I would totally buy another pair from here then going to those major stores like Bloomingdales.

Great Uggs! Comfortable with a little sturdier sole than the classic Uggs. Walked around in New york for the entire weekend with no problems.

I absolutely LOVE these boots. I've had them five years, and they are just now needing replacement insoles. Outside still looks phenomenal! I'm a true size 10, they fit like a glove. I do not wear socks with these shoes-- they are made to go sockless.
