The 30007KX massage lounger features a dark faux wood inlay on top of the arms. Additionally, the 30007 is assembled in and imported directly from Japan. The EP30007KX Real Pro Ultra uses sophisticated sensor technology to essentially plot a digital "map" of your back. Because everyone is built differently, everyone needs a unique type of massage; the EP30007KX uses it's sensor technology to deliver a massage specifically contoured and customized to your back's shape and dimensions, with special emphasis on your spinal structure. This digital "map" instructs the rollers: the Real Pro Ultra knows where to massage, and where not to. By using the electronic intensity adjustment, you can help inform the massage heads to either extend further into your back (for a deeper massage) or withdraw for a smoother, gentler experience. You can even program your lounger to focus more intensely on a specific part of your body, and less intensely on another!

If you are in the market for a fine massaging chair and have a budget around $4,000, then this is the one to purchase before it is sold out.
"Made in Japan" says a lot in Massaging Chair now a day. The quality gap between that from "Made in China" and "Made in Japan" is narrowing down as time goes by in the Massaging Chair Market. Almost all major brands have models made in China even with high end Inada brand. However, Panasonic EP30007KX is so standing out in its finish and its refinement on every thing you touch, it is just like you own a Lexus version of a massaging chair. Yes, this chair has nice looking fine faux wood trims too. Well, I lie, Lexus has real wood trim.

Vendor, shipment and assembly:
I ordered from Amazon and the vendor is Bed Planet, I get all the answers properly answered by phone and email before and during my order. Unlike a lot of website did not even call back after I left a message to an answering service.
I received the shipment just three days after the order. USP delivered it to my door with right side up following clearly labeled and well packaged (very green, minimum waste) big and heavy carton. People might be intimidate by the high weight it has claimed (more than 200 lbs), but with the good design and the clear instruction, unpacking and assembly were so easy for us (took two or more persons to move). If you can use a screw driver (in this case, an Allen's wranch-provided) you can do all chores and have it do the massage for you within an hour or less.

Product:
I had been in the market for quite some times and many friends and relatives have owned one. So I have tried many makes and models. I finally choose Panasonic because two relatives strongly recommended their Panasonic chairs, one owned for five years and the other one owned for two years (EP300005). They do not experience any problem with it and they really like it. The massage function just like it is depicted in many websites (Panasonic official website is helpful), it really does a refined job. It does not use raw force to do the tasks even with strongest force, it mimics human hands.
Do not hurry to purchase the extended warranty from some over-price websites, Panasonic offers $199 and $299 for three years and five years parts and labor separately (with 1000 operation time limit, that means the weekly operation time should not exceed 3.8 hrs) within 30 days of a purchase. Please note the standard warranty has one year parts and labor and three years on parts already.

I'll continue this review after three months of use to report its detail function that might help people who is into program detail.
Four user memory setting is a plus in this price ranged massaging chair, and I think it is a must have if you have more than one user in your home.
