I just ordered the MyWeigh Ultra Ship U2... and this adapter is NOT compatible with my new scale. So even though the description says "compatible with all Ultra Ship", it is the wrong physical size AND voltage for the U2.

This charger fits perfect with the 55lb Ultraship scale. I bought them together and I've been so pleased. Definite buy!

I'm another customer who got suckered in by the description "For All Myweigh Ultraship series scales". Amazon needs to update the product description with "Except Ultraship U2" or something similar. The center hole in the Power plug on the adapter is too small to fit over the center pin on the power jack on the scale. Also, the output voltage of this adapter is 10 volts, where my Ultraship U2 documentation says the adapter should be 5-9 volts (and at least 100 milliamps).

Purchased in April for My Weigh KD 8000 Digital Scale. Adapter did not fit even though ad said it would.

Well, I received the charger which said that it doesn't fit the 8000 model scale which was fine since I ordered the 7000 model. Unfortunately, it didn't fit the 7000 model scale I ordered and by the time I tried to return, I found that the 14 day return window had came and went.

This is the power adapter/cord for the ultraship scales. It works fine with the ultraship 75 I purchased. I wish that Myweigh would include the adapter with the scale, but they advertise the scale as portable, and assume that folks would rather just buy batteries. Plus then they can charge you extra for the adapter. :-)

Note that, before I bought the scale, I tried calling the company to ask if the scale worked with no batteries in it, and had a hard time getting a person to talk to. Then I e-mailed them and got a rapid, accurate, friendly response (it works fine with no batteries in it), so if you have a problem or question for Myweigh, I recommend using e-mail.

Smart purchase to use with the Ultraship 55 lb digital scale - no need to replace batteries which is a money saver. Highly recommend buying this if you have the above mentioned scale which is great also. Shipping was fast and price was great.

For those who are writing reviews stating that its the wrong plug when it says its the right plug for your particular scale; you need to read the description. It clearly states it will 'fit all ultraship scales Digital/Postal Series scales: 35lb, 55lb, and 75lb capacities.'

So unless your ultraship scale is a 35, 55, or 75lb, the adapter will not work for your scale. It is incorrectly titled though under the product name but if you read the description it will tell you which scale will work for this adapter.

The charger fits and works perfectly. I had a different model charger that broke. This review charger has lasted a few weeks and continues to work. Hopefully it will continue working longer than the charger it replaced.

Works perfectly, but I think it could use to be a bit longer. For the most part I have no problems, as there are many outlets and surge protectors in my house, but for someone with less convenient power sources this might prove annoying.
