I plan on using this produce in a way that it probably wasn't designed to be used as, but then every product is subject to do that. I run a 'farm' of computers doing medical research work for Stanford University. They insead of paying mega bucks for a giant computer that would eventually become a giant paper weight, decided to start what is known as 'distributed computing'. That is they divide a medical product up into small pieces, these pieces are downloaded by computer owners and their computer computes the datum and then sends it back to Stanford. They then combine all the different fragments and perform their research on them. I plan to use this device to connect a bunch of PS3's together onto one TV set. Using 6 of these devices I will connect one to my TV and then connect each of the other 5 to it. Then I can plug up to 25 PS3's to one TV through this method. As PS3's perform the calculations much faster than a computer can and are cheeper to purchase than a new computer.
