I keep this in the trunk of my car. The bag is made of a thick canvas and holds all the tools neatly in their place. I would suggest to anyone looking to purchase a kit like this to buy this one. Its a smart buy!

9/10/11- just wanted to give an update about the product. I still have my canvas case w/ all the tools in the trunk and only have had to use it for emergencies. I had to use the cables a couple of times and my husband occasionally needed to use some of the tools and air compressor. Great to give as a gift if you have kids in away in college (give it to them for your own peace of mind). I would also say that being a woman I find it a good buy to keep these items as a just in case! It came in handy when me or my husband needed them...so it is worth the buy.

Very Handy Tools October 28, 2010

This emergency kit is so handy. The tools are so helpful because they're not just for the car. You can actually use some of the tools for other things. The pump actually plugs into the cigarette lighter of your car and it pumps away. It does take some time to pump the tires and the machine does get hot on the metal part, but you do have to hold it up to prevent the machine from being extremely noisy if you let it touch a surface. The wires of the pump is long enough to reach all the tires as long as you take it through the window. The bag is really nice and classy even though it just sits in the trunk. It's a really helpful and nice kit.

Good price, quality is weak - mostly chinese stuff, but this kit is for emergencies not everyday use so it's quality is appropriate for the price.
