No issues for me. Predrilled bottom plate and concrete flooring, and then hammered anchors into place. Nice strong (permanent) hold. Use a strong hammer drill and a good masonry bit such as Bosch Blue Granite for predrilling.

I am an avid do it yourselfer that is undertaking a basement finish project. I was looking for an alternative product for securing my base plates to the concrete basement floor. I have tried and have been extremely displeased with concrete anchor screws as well as the powder fastening systems. These have fundamental flaws that often result in a cracked and or chipped the concrete floor. I was finding that these alternate products weren't secured into the concrete leaving my with a loose base plate, definatelysomething that you want.

While the US Anchor Drive product is more expensive than the alternate products, the added security of knowing that your plate is securely fastened into the concrete floor is well worth the additional expense. Please note that if you are planning on using this product, you will need a hammer drive drive and concrete drill bits. Additionally, I would recommend using a spade bit so that you countersink the anchor especially if you plan out placing your pre-built wall on top of your base plate.

I've used these on several jobs and they are easy to install and hold incredibly well. Much easier than drilling large holes for expansion type anchors.
