When researching for fins I had trouble finding any detail on size and fit, so hopefully this will help. I ordered a men's size L/XL, 10-13.
I wear a 10.5 to 11 and have a slightly wide foot, so I prefer a size 11 W or EE. My feet are not excessively wide, only slightly. I can also often wear a standard size shoe (e.g. 11 M) depending on the brand, and something like a EEE is usually way too wide. Anyway, having said all that these fins were way too tight on my feet, to the point to where they were too uncomfortable to wear. Luckily, my teenage son has a standard to slightly narrow shoe size, so he was able to wear them quite comfortably. Since they have an adjustable strap on the back, the width is more of a concern than the (adjustable) length. Other than that, the quality and durability seem fine and, as others have mentioned, they are great to travel with. My son quite enjoys them and says they provide a lot of thrust when swimming or snorkeling. I would not recommend them for diving...after all, that's not what they're designed for. I bought them directly from Amazon and, as usual, they had the best price on them and they were here in two days. Hope this helps in you purchasing decision!

Not for Men size 12-13,

The fins seem nice, but the sizing is inaccurate. Depending on the shoe, I usually wear a 12-13 (standard-NOT wide). With the heel strap extended as far it can go, they still do not fit. They get very narrow at the metatarsals (the bones before the toes). They are a 11-11.5 at best. Other than that, they seem to be great fins, nice and short for easy packing.

Very Narrow,

These are some pretty nice fins. That being said, i could barely get my feet in them. They are extremely narrow. I bought the 10-13 size, and I'm a size 10, and they were uncomfortable on the sides of my feet. If you have narrow feet, these are great. Otherwise, choose another option.

Works great during snorkeling for the size. It does do the job and gives you the burst when needed. They are so much easier to pack because they are small.

I purchased these for my wife. When we travel we like to snorkel if available. These fins take up much less space in your suitcase, and will fit in a smaller suitcase.

The fins that were listed as fitting 7 to 10 men's size don't come anywhere near fitting a size 10, either in length or width. And the company won't pay return postage when you want to return them. Buy from someone else, because chances are the fins won't fit you anyway.

Good for a quick trip to Mexico!,

I purchased these for my wife when we booked an Apple vacation to an all-inclusive in Mexico. She is a petite 5'2", 95lb Asian lady who doesn't know how to swim, and I figured these would be good for her to learn with.
When paired with a good pair of neoprene (Fin) socks to avoid chaffing, they worked very well. They are wide and fit into her suitcase much better than my much longer, traditional US Diver fins. They withstood a fair amount of abuse from sharp coral and rocks, with only a few minor scratches. They enabled her to tread water fairly easily, and they were much more ridged than longer fins (so she could easily stand and balance on the tip-toes of her fins in water that was 8" above her head). They are short and stubby, but they are a marked improvement over going barefoot. Also, I can't stress enough... get swim socks, dive booties, or neoprene socks to go with any fins. comment is independent of whatever fins you purchase. Dive socks will seriously protect your feet from chaffing, blisters, scrapes and hot sand. Nothing ruins a trip like tearing the skin off your toes or ankles.

Small sized,

Way small for 10-13. Would be good, but don't buy with 13 sized foot. It won't fit. 12 must be iffy too.

Easy to fit to your size, and not nearly as much chafe as other brand I have used in the past. They are adjusted in the same way roller blades are, which make them easy. Its Made of all rubber making them comfortable.I use these for swimming and Free diving. I recommend this product. |
