Its a Flag
It is perfect for a desk or a little project. Good price too. Got it for my wife's school project. Now it sits on the fridge.

Pink!!!
It is not too bad of a flag... But the white looks kind of pink. It's pretty low quality. Not worth what I spent after shipping and handling.
