I love this pan-- it evenly bakes the dough and the crust does not stick at all. Just remember, no matter how great the pizza looks when you take it out of the oven, take the time to slide it onto another flat surface for cutting-- you will not want to cut on this pan or it will scratch the surface.

I ordered this product as we often bake pizza for an easy dinner. There's absolutely no problem with the product's quality or appearance, actually it is top-notch!

However, I overlooked the fact that the pan was for pizzas up to 12 inches of which was inadequate for our needs. This by no means is not a negative indicator of the product itself, just a matter of personal preference.

All but one piece of my bakeware is now from USA Pans. I highly recommend their products.

We purchased this pan to use in a toaster oven with a pizza bump that takes a 12" maximum pan. The stated specs indicate 12", however this pan is actually 12.5" edge to edge and it does not fit. Otherwise it looks and feels like a fine pan and I am sorry I cannot use it.

I really loved these pans when I got them. There are 2 problems I encountered though. First, it is not deep enough to put much topping on without it dripping over the sides of the pan and onto the oven floor to burn. That was a real mess first time I used them so I cut the ingredients in half. The second time around the crust would not brown until the cheese was almost black.I always coat the bottom of the pan with olive oil first so I figure the pans are maybe just too thick for the heat to get through enough to brown it. I have a gas oven so they should work better than they do.

Purchased this pan to use mostly in a convection oven. The pan is well made (USA), and the non-stick coating works great. It has a ridged, flat bottom, a solid, nicely rolled edge, and so far has not warped at all.
Most items don't require any spray or lubricant, which helps keep the pan clean and bright. Pizza, bisquits, etc. all turn out nicely.
It is not dishwasher-safe, but a quick wipe with soapy water and a rinse is usually all that's needed for cleanup. Haven't had anything stick yet so I've never had to soak it at all.
Great pan, and highly recommended.

This is the best pizza pan ever made! I have almost all the pans this wonderful USA made company makes! Buy it, you will love it!
