USA Pans 14 Inch Thin Crust Hard Anodized Pizza Pan

I purchased this product based on the information provided that stated that this pan was coated with a non-stick surface, was corrugated so that heat was distributed more evenly, etc. When I used the pan for the first time, the pizza was stuck so tightly to the pan that I could not get it off. I finally had to soak it in water completely and then got it off. I then contacted the manufacturer (USA pans) who told me that this pan definitely was not coated with a non-stick surface and a person would need to use olive oil or some other method to keep it from sticking. Before I got this information back from USA pans, I had started the procedure to return it. I then decided to keep it and used it again with olive oil and it worked fine. I then contacted Amazon support and told them of the misinformation on this page and they promised to immediately look into it and correct this misinformation. As of today the item is still described as coated with Americoat non-stick coating, corrugated, etc which it most definitely is not. The bottom line is that this is a good pan once you understand that it is not what the page says it is and even Amazon does not follow through with all their promises
