I now have 4 USA pans, and the muffin one was going to be the real test. Any muffin pan I've ever had leaves things stuck on the sides and is hard to clean. I've made egg/bacon/cheese muffins, and just tried bread pudding muffins, and nothing stuck to this pan! I highly recommend switching to USA pans.

I am slowly changing out all my pans to USA pans. They are sturdy, well made and work great. I always try to buy products made in the USA if I can but will not compromise quality to do it.

I am happy that with these pans I don't have to. Very pleased.

I love this USA Pans muffin pan! Muffins and cupcakes cook more evenly (the outer crust is more tender, and the cupcakes/muffins end up more evenly cooked) and I am delighted with how the cooked items slide right out. After about ten batches now, not a single muffin has stuck to the pan - even the muffin tops that rise over the edge onto the surrounding portion of the pan don't stick.

Terrific product. I am going to order a second one so I can cook twice as many to meet the requests I am getting for more at the office...

Like other USA Pans products, this is very heavy, solid, and never warps. Temperature is spread evenly and holds well - the pan takes awhile to cool so anything you leave in it will still be baking a few minutes after you pull it out of the oven. Most things are easy to remove the pan, but if something does burn on the surface (like the filling from a jelly-filled muffin), it can be hard to remove without scratching the coating. Easiest to clean while it is still a little warm.

I ordered two of these for my up-coming, small, baking business here, in Mumbai (India). It arrived two days back, with someone who was coming to Mumbai from NJ. I opened the pack, and to my amazement, I was staring at these very beautiful, sturdy, silvery muffin pans!

The quality is really commendable, just like the other two pans by Chicago Metallic, which I had ordered along with these.

I love both the types. And do take my advice, spend a bit more, and by these. They are worth more than their price.

Created the best most evenly baked cupcakes ever. I am now working on replacing all of my bakeware with USA Pans products -- I am so impressed! Love to support a company that is made in the USA, and most importantly, they work beautifully.

Just did a test run with one of these. Points to note:

Is in fact non-stick. My standard muffin recipe which
sticks up the sides of other muffin pans leaves a minimum
of debris behind.

Oiling the cups is NOT necessary - it does not improve the
non-stick ability although it does on Teflon pans.

It is not quite so non-stick that the (my) muffins will fall out.
Your recipes many get different (better!) results.

Clean up was a snap. The debris rinsed off and then just a quick
wash with dish rag.

These are non dishwasher safe as it will degrade the coating.

Do you hate when your cupcakes and muffins stick? Do you think using paper liners is wasteful and lame? Do you have better things to do with your time than grease and flour 12 individual muffin slots?

Then this pan is for you!

I make muffins a lot. I mean like multiple times a week. I used to have to use liners but I'd find that I'd run out of them and I am not about to go back to the store to buy them in the middle of muffin time. Ain't nobody got time for that... I now preheat oven, make muffins, put the batter straight into the pan without doing anything to the pan (not even spraying with non stick spray) and into the oven they go.

After baking, I leave them in there for about 2 minutes, then I turn the pan over. The muffins pop right out. It's like some kind of Harry Potter witch magic.

I placed an order for 2 of the same cupcake pans--12 'standard' cupcakes. I received one as pictured-- it was corrugated and seemed fine. The second pan I ordered was NOT corrugated, and was somewhat scratched up. I didn't notice the second pan until today, when I went to use it-- I'll be honest, I didn't look at both pans when I received the order. Shame on me, will NEVER happen again. Normally, I would have returned it, but I need to make cupcakes tonight for tomorrow, and have no choice. It says its a USA pan, but I have a number of USA pans-- and all of them are corrugated.
If you are looking for USA pans, they are fantastic. I have replaced ALL of my pans with them-- my cupcake pans were last. No issues at all with them as a product, just not sure what I received this time around. Additionally, there was no packaging-- no face sheet or anything else, which I thought was weird. The pans were in a sealed bubble wrap, but no 'label'. Odd...

This is the 3rd USA baking pan I bought. I will not buy anything but these pans. You don't need to use additional expensive parchment paper or additional grease to prevent sticking. Just turn the pan over and the muffins fall out.
Clean up is a breeze, just soap, water and a wipe with a dish cloth-no scrubbing needed.
