My boyfriend and I purchased this game as a Father's Day gift for my Dad. We didn't last but 2 days without tearing into it ourselves. Now we are going to buy two more games- one for my Dad, and for my brother...
This game is OUTSTANDING. For anyone who already recites a quote or two occasionally in daily life ("Na-na-na-na-na!"), you will no doubt find this game a fun, challenging, and laughter-inducing way to spend some time with your friends and family. Specifics of the Game: The game is scored like a golf game- the lowest score wins. Each hole is designated as either a par 3 or par 4 meaning that you should grab a card with 3 questions or 4 questions on it respectively. The goal is to answer all, or as many as possible, correct. The more you get right, the lower your score (eagle, birdy, par, bogie and double bogie are possible depending on the number of questions). Randomly, some cards offer a "Hole in One" chance- if you can get the first question right, you can forgo answering the rest and mark yourself as a 1 for that hole. These questions can be moderate to hard in difficultly. Example Hole in One Question: "Which cereal box can be seen in the Noonan family kitchen?" "A. Wheaties B. Total C. Frosted Flakes D. Cheerios" (For those of you dying to know- the answer is Cheerios.) The question topics mostly encompass finishing quotes, recalling small details, and knowing cast and production facts. But don't worry! Take it from me, this game is still a riot even when you get the questions wrong!! The makers of this game did a wonderful job creating a well-themed product. Not only is the game scored like golf, but it is done on a golf scorecard with 18 holes... and you mark your score with the little red golf pencil included with the game. The rules of the game are well-defined and easy to follow. The only downside that my boyfriend or I could come up with was the deceptively large packaging. The contents could have fit in a box one quarter of the size. Overall, this game (with its 1,000+ trivia questions) offers many belly laughs and is a complete gem. Be ready to have the Caddyshack - 20th Anniversary Edition DVD handy... You are going to want to watch the movie right away!

This game is fun, but some of the questions are, well, more than obscure. To answer every question, you'd not only need to know everything viewable in the movie, but also the biographies of the stars, the trailers, the 19th hole 20th anniversary feature, etc. The range of questions is vast. You might know that Danny's last name is Noonan, but do you know what color Dr. Beeper's shoe laces were during the big match (not really one of the questions)?
All of that said, it's fun for a group to play--like on that Golf week in Myrtle Beach with the boys.

This game is a total blast for any diehard Caddyshack fan! Some of the questions are just too easy, but then you get the ones where you say to yourself, where is that part in the movie! Great fun to play. I bought it as a Christmas present, but just couldn't wait and played it on Thanksgiving. What a hilarious day of fun! I then wrapped it up (slightly used) and put it under the tree for the intended recipient and can't wait to play it again. I highly recommend this game!
