Just what I was looking for at a great price. Could not find one at a retail outlet.

The product here works fine. I needed it as a replacement and it has worked as intended. Many seem to buy this cable without knowing exactly what they need. The "special transfer cable" some people refer to in their reviews are called "bridged" (or "USB networking cable"), because it has a small electronic circuit in the middle allowing the two PCs to talk to each other. Notice in the product description how it says you can short circuit if you use this cable wrong. Generally, if you use an A/A USB cable to connect two computers you can burn the USB ports of both computers, or possibly their power supplies.

So if you want to connect two laptops, two desktops, a laptop and desktop, etc. via USB search again. It can be done, just not with this cable despite that it looks like it will be able to.

My cable came pretty quick and has worked fairly well. I can't guarantee everyone's will ship as fast, but I personally have had no problems at all with this cable. If you're looking for cables and don't know what's good, these should hopefully do the trick!

Excellent product! Nice heavy cable, not a thin cheaply made one. Will probably last a good long time. Arrived in time frame given.

I use this cord to connect power for my FM Transmitter. I use it with my Indoor Sony AIO DVD/CD/Stereo.
I purchased a Zune MP3 Player instead of an Ipod and my Stereo only has a plugin for Ipods.
The cord works perfectly for my use (120w Wall Plug to Male USB, Male USB to Philips FM Tramsmitter, Philips FM Transmitter to MP3 Player). The Philips FM Transmitter now works in my house as well as my car, thanks to this A Male USB to A Male USB Cable.

I bought this cable to replace a cable to a portable hard drive. The hard drive is a flash drive about the size of a pocket calculator. The portable hard drive would not boot up when connected with this cable. The green indicator light would come on but a window to access the files would never appear.

i'm happy to have found the product that i think i'll need for my laptop. amazon made the process easy & item received as stated.

The item was perfectly fine and the shipping was extremely fast. But it turns out it is not what I needed.

Dose what i needed it for using it for my laptop cooler..
