We purchased 2 of these scanners for our business. The price was great but I guess you get what you pay for. The instruction manuel that came with the scanners has NO directions on set up at all. There is no contact number for technical support and we spent multiple hours trying to set them up. We finally got the first one to work, but it is very slow and it has a difficult time reading the UPC bars some times. We went to set up the second one and we followed the same steps that we used for the first one and it would not work at all. It does nothing and does not respond at all. I would not purchase this scanner. It is nothing but a huge headache.
